As part of a nationwide shift in shared office space, Will McCloskey announced pre-leasing for Working Space. The new coworking concept called Space to Debut on Flagler Drive is a 4,000-sq.-ft. dynamic co-working environment that will be located at 1551 North Flagler Drive with gorgeous views of West Palm Beach waterfront. McCloskey, a millennial with a family history in the real estate world, is leading the trend in South Florida to focus on a new style of beautiful shared office space keenly focused on networking.

Membership in Working Space, dubbed Space, is focused on connecting freelancers, entrepreneurs, and budding business leaders. Similar to popular networking organizations, only one individual per profession will be admitted to the contemporary, waterfront office space, which features virtual offices, private offices, reserved desks, co-working desks, conference rooms, a gorgeous waterfront outdoor think-tank and event space.

Membership starts at $300 per month, with reserved desks starting at $500 per month and private offices starting at $1,000 per month. Each member receives reception services that include telephone answering with a custom greeting for each business, administrative services, copy services, notary public and mail receipt, holding and forwarding.
