The popular West Palm Beach GreenMarket, the area’s first and premier market, returns to the Waterfront on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The lineup includes 80 local community vendors, including 23 new vendors, bringing their fresh and unique products to this highly popular market. In addition to the best local offerings, patrons can enjoy all of their favorite features including live music, unlimited mimosas for $10, free kids activities, and monthly chef showcases.

“The West Palm Beach GreenMarket is looking to inspire creativity and palettes this year with their “CrEATe Fresh” theme.”

To encourage market-goers to “CrEATe Fresh” at home, the city will host a social media contest throughout the month of October inviting patrons to post their GreenMarket-inspired dishes on Instagram. After shopping for fresh products at the GreenMarket and cooking up their own masterful dishes at home, patrons can post a photo and share their creation on Instagram. Those who share their “CrEATe Fresh” GreenMarket dish on Instagram, tag @westpalmbch, and use the hashtag #createfreshwpb will be entered to win a cooking class from the Lincoln Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach. Chef David Pantone, Dean of Culinary Education at Lincoln Culinary Institute, will choose the most creative dish that used GreenMarket ingredients as the winner.
