Awash in pale yellow and blue hues, the space is a subtle reflection of the recently re-imagined guest room aesthetic.

The Breeze Ocean Kitchen restaurant’s airy and sophisticated furnishings seat up to 120 and are punctuated with striking design details such as a runway fire feature that lights up evening lounge areas. It features a “look out” bar top floats above the resort’s private beach to offer extraordinary views of the sea and Technicolor sunsets. Innovative GPS-controlled slat roofing adjusts to allow both optimal sunshine and protection from afternoon showers. so imagine how it will be like to dine here when the evening hours and twinkling lights set in amid the lush foliage of the spot.

Chef Thomsen considers the restaurant is one of Palm Beach County’s few oceanfront dining experiences, and certainly one of the most spectacular, and that it creates a stunning retreat that lets you relax with the sound of the waves while indulging in a menu with bright flavors.

Breeze Ocean Kitchen menu is focused on Floridian flavors brought to life with spices, styles and preparations that infuse hints of the Caribbean, Latin America and Asia.

Lunch and evening menu options are clever takes on poolside noshing with new standards. an example is their Island Chips & Salsa, which combines plantain, taro root and boniato chips, paired with a trio of guacamole, tomato and mango salsas or the delicious Lettuce Cups filled with chopped chicken, coconut, curry, cashews and a hint of pineapple.

A modern twist on the Bahama Mama incorporates Black Rabbit cold press coffee along with rum, coconut, orange, pineapple and lemon juices; and The Hound kicks up the standard Greyhound with vodka infused with grapefruit peel and pink peppercorns, grapefruit juice, Peychaud’s bitters and Bittermens “Hellfire” bitters. Signature liquid experiences include a series of local tap takeovers helmed by the area’s finest family-owned craft breweries, all located in Palm Beach County.

If you visit, Breeze Ocean Kitchen is open daily from 11 a.m. for lunch and cocktail service until 5 p.m. Evening tapas and specialty cocktails are available from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. The restaurant is a sizzling setting for couples, groups, solo sunset gazers and private parties.
