Comic Con Revolution returned to West Palm Beach—after a great debut in 2018—for a two-day event that promises to be another fun and entertaining gathering for the comics, movie, and science fiction fans, featuring dealers’ room, programs and panels, film screenings, and a lot more.
This year’s full weekend slate of programming for Comic Con Revolution West Palm Beach— held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center on March 2nd & 3rd— featured panels that focused on iconic legends, comic movies, making comics, cosplay, lightsaber demonstrations, kids themes and so much more.
One of the highlights included a Stan Lee Tribute, honoring the legend who passed in 2018. Chris Claremont, Fabian Nicieza, Greg Horn and Ming Chen gave tribute to the man who influenced and inspired generations of comic book creators, and talk about his lasting legacy. The tribute was moderated by Tommy Walker.
Another event in the program was “Talking Deadpool” with Fabian Nicieza.
Deadpool co-creator Fabian Nicieza talked everything Merc with a Mouth and a Q&A section will follow.
Who loves Harley Quinn?
From her first appearance in Batman: The Animated Series in 1992 as Joker’s sidekick to the star of her own ongoing comic book, Harley Quinn has come into her own as one of DC’s most beloved characters. Harley Quinn artists Amanda Conner and Elliott Fernandez were joined by Harley Quinn writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Frank Tieri to talk about what makes Daddy’s Li’l Monster such an enduring and fun character.
Another highlight that Comic Con Revolution West Palm Beach brought this year was “The History & Future of the X-Men.” Hosted by comics industry journalist Chris Arrant, attendees took both a historical look back and a peek forward into what the future holds for The Children of the Atom. Writers Chris Claremont, Fabian Nicieza and Ed Brisson sat down for a one-of-a-kind discussion about Marvel’s Band of Merry Mutants – The X-Men!
