Plunge into a Swim Week with Palm Beach Fashion Week

Fatima NeJame, president of Palm Beach Photographic Centre (PBPC), has announced public events prior to Palm Beach Swim Week, the nightly “Runway” fashion shows revealing the latest local trends in swimwear, resort wear and accessories. Produced by FUSION Fashion & Art Productions, Inc., the Palm Beach Fashion Week fashion shows will run from 6 to 9 pm, Thursday, November 5, through Sunday, November 8.

“Designers from Milan, Rio, Jeddah, Riga, India, and London, from New York to California, have applied for Palm Beach Fashion Week fashion shows at the Palm Beach Photographic Centre,” says Lilyana Eisele, producer and chief operating officer of FUSION Fashion & Art. Along with the four show dates in November, several Palm Beach Swim Week Public Events will be held this month in West Palm Beach, including:

October 24: Launch Party at Table 427, located at 427 Northwood Road.
October 25: Live Absolute Art and Fashion Auction at Habitat Gallery, 513 Clematis St.

Proceeds from the auction are earmarked to develop a fashion district in Palm Beach County, and will be held by the Florida Fashion and Apparel Chamber of Commerce. Five Palm Beach artists and designers have donated art, jewelry and accessories ranging in value from $600 to $5,000.

“Palm Beach Fashion Week will focus on swim, resort wear and accessories exclusively,” adds Eisele. “2015 is the maiden show in a five year fashion production series that will continue annually in the fall. Swim Week and the ongoing Palm Beach International Fashion Week focus primarily on Palm Beach talent and resources.

Designers from the last year’s Fashion Week have gone on to design for Kenneth Cole, win Best Emerging Designer Award in Miami, have been featured in numerous publications and currently a to 3 finalist in the TODAY show’s Next Big Thing on NBC.”
