Palm Beach Zoo Special Events

Everybody loves the Pam Beach Zoo. Many Palm Beach Zoo special events this month of December are combining the Holidays with attractions and activities for everyone. The Zoo is not just a place that houses more than 700 animals within 23-acres of lush tropical habitat that we come and see anytime. It is the Palm Beaches’ destination to learn about wildlife and be part of it.

Here is a list of the Palm Beach Zoo Special Events you will be able to enjoy at the Zoo this month:

2nd Annual Eco-Friendly Holiday: through December 24 ‘Tis the season to ‘go green’ with our 2nd annual “Eco-Friendly Holiday” festivities. As a conservation society we work hard to save wild things in wild places around the globe. Guests are invited to see the creative ways we make unique decorations out of reusable materials.

Noon Year’s Eve: December 31, 11am to 1pm – It’s an unforgettable way to ring in the New Year – with your furry, feathered and scaly friends at Palm Beach Zoo! Join us for our children’s dance party in the Fountain Plaza where they can get their faces painted and make their very own noise-maker and party hat at our eco-craft stations!  Don’t miss out on the festivities! Join us in the Fountain Plaza leading up to 12 noon as we celebrate the New Year with an apple juice toast and “ball” drop fit for children of all ages! This event is included with normal zoo admission.

Story Time at the Zoo: December 26, 10:30am – This popular event will take place at the Zoo’s Conservation Depot by the Safari Train and the Wildlife Carousel. Story Time at the Zoo is geared towards encouraging children to connect with wildlife through reading, and it is included in the cost of Zoo admission.
